We are very flexible in offering various types of service to suit your requirements. All of the services we offer can be included with the finest cutlery, crockery, glassware and lazy susans.

We will deliver our food along with one service person to setup chafing dishes to keep your food warm while your guests serve themselves. He/she will replenish and keep the buffet tidy during the two hours. We will then return to pack away the equipment. *Additional buffet can be offered at an additional cost.


Our team of waiting staffs, Floor Manager and sue Chef will arrive at the venue at the time you choose. We will dress and set up the table as agreed. Our waiting staff will serve the welcome drink and starter as Canapé, buffet or to the table as assigned. Main course will be served to your guests as they come to our buffet table. Dessert will be served as requested. The food is kept hot at all times within our chafing dishes. The staff also will replenish any refreshment and clear down tables in between courses. Our professional catering staffs are friendly and will help your event run efficiently.


Our team of waiting staffs, event managers and sue Chef will arrive at your venue at the time you choose. We will dress and set up the table as agreed. Your guests do not have to leave their seats. Our professional catering staff will serve all three courses to the table, clear down tables in between courses and make sure your guests have their drinks topped up and have a great time.


We can also provide a Canapé reception for your guests so when they arrive we can serve them a glass of drink or cocktail and some light warm or cold bites.


Our team of kitchen staffs, sue Chef will arrive at the venue at the time you choose. We will prepare the food and either plated out or lay out in buffet as agreed. They will carry all the duties as assigned. We will then pack away the equipment and leaf the kitchen as it was before. This service does not include a waiter service.
